The 3C1CA Collective invites you to a community-wide convening on Saturday, December 2, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We will discuss the Ross R. Barnett Reservoir and how its operations impact neighborhoods in Northeast Jackson. The keynote speaker will be Mr. John Sigman, General Manager of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District (PRVWSD). The PRVWSD governs the Reservoir and its surrounding lands.
Please join us for a good discussion, food, and fellowship. A continental breakfast and a delicious lunch will be provided.
Special Guest Bio
John Sigman is the General Manager of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District (PRVWSD), the governing agency of the Ross R. Barnett Reservoir. He has served in this role for thirteen years. Mr. Sigman has over thirty years of engineering experience. His education includes a Master of Civil and Environmental Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College. He appreciates the opportunity to help communities better understand the Reservoir and its operations.
